The Houston Chronicle references the recent collaborative report “An Early Assessment of the Potential Impact of Texas’ “Affiliation” Regulation on Access to Care for Low-income Women”, noting the study’s finding that Community health centers would have to expand their Women’s Health Program capacity fivefold to close an expected gap in services in Planned Parenthood clinics are excluded from the Texas WHP.
