Project update from  RCHN Community Health Foundation’s 2012 grantees,  on unique programs aimed at helping CHCs to identify and address the challenges of recruiting and retaining a highly skilled entry level workforce. Project objectives were to support CHCs in growth and transformation efforts, implement and evaluate strategies to embed workforce talent and capability, and optimize capacity  of CHCs to serve as high quality and high-performing medical homes.
