Dr. David Hartzband, RCHN CHF’s Director of Technology Research, will participate in an expert panel on the topic of “Unlocking the Value of Health Data: Transforming Care Using Information Securely to Improve Efficiency and Quality, Advance Biomedical and Health Systems Research, and Promote Population-health. The event is part of the Capitol Hill 2011 Steering Committee on Telehealth and Healthcare Informatics series. Joining Dr. Hartzband on the panel are:
