RCHN Community Health Foundation (RCHN CHF) executive vice president/chief operating officer Feygele Jacobs will be one of the leaders of an expert roundtable to discuss America’s progress and prospects on childhood asthma. Also leading the roundtable will be Sara Rosenbaum, JD, chair of the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, Department of Health Policy, and Floyd Malveaux, MD, PhD, executive director of the Merck Childhood Asthma Network, Inc. (MCAN). The roundtable coincides with the release of “Changing pO2licy: The Elements for Improving Childhood Asthma Outcomes,” a new report supported by MCAN and RCHN CHF. The speakers will provide concrete evidence-based policy recommendations focused on improving childhood asthma outcomes. The roundtable will be held on February 23, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center, Room SVC 209/208, in Washington, D.C.
