Reimagining Healthcare

The Community Health Centers of Arkansas (CHCA) will hold its inaugural Virtual 2020 Annual Conference and Pre-Conference September 16-18, 2020. This year’s theme “Reimagining Healthcare” will focus on transformation and innovation that impacts how healthcare is delivered across the state and in all of our hometowns.

RCHN CHF population health program colleagues will be presenting a session, “Teams: Leaping Boundaries-Expanding Health – Social Determinants of Health”, Thursday Sept 17, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Central Time. The session will be hosted by David Stevens, MD, FAAFP Senior Clinical Advisor, RCHN Community Health Foundation; and Research Professor, Milken Institute, School of Public Health, George Washington University, Talya Hellman, MPH Manager, Planning and Development, Access Community Health Network (IL) and Nicole Lee, LCSW Director of Care Coordination Access Community Health Network (IL).
